ZSK Machines in St. Louis, MO offers a 4-day comprehensive embroidery seminar and workshop covering the global aspects of embroidery as well as advanced training on the ZSK embroidery equipment. The training is split between the two components consisting of in-depth embroidery education for 2 days and the machine workshop for 2 days. We are limiting only 2 attendees per organization – and a class limit of 14.
Embroidery Education
The first 2 days of training will cover the components of the embroidery process as well as special techniques. This portion dives right into embroidery best practices including machine operation and workflow, choosing the right consumables, basic & advanced techniques, business of embroidery, and much more. This portion will be part lecture and part hands-on. Please bring a notebook & pen! These first 2 days meet from 10:00 am – 4:30 pm. We will have intermittent breaks during the day along with a lunch break – lunches and beverages are provided. We try to accommodate all diets – please ensure the registration sheet includes your specific needs if necessary.
Equipment Training
The equipment training moves beyond the basics and explains the mechanical aspects of the machinery. These classes are taught by our certified ZSK technicians and are completely hands-on as participants will be working on the machinery and learning various service procedures. For this part of the training, we recommend having a good comfort level of operational experience on the machine. It is not required but encouraged. These training days also meet from 10:00 am until 4:30 pm for the first day and 10:00 am – 3:00 pm the second day – with intermittent breaks and a provided lunch. This class is hands-on with equipment, so please be aware of the grease/oil that is used on the equipment.
Training is free to customers that have purchased from our St. Louis or New Hampshire office – and customers can attend the training as many times as desired, although there is a registration fee to cover your materials and lunches.
